Refund Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for churnguardian subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.

2. Billing

After the trial, subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, through Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

4. Refunds

  • If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing.
  • If you were charged by mistake, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the charge in full.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of a monthly charge and have not materially used the service, we will refund that period.
  • For annual plans, if you cancel within 30 days of the charge we may refund the unused portion at our discretion.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

5. Requesting a refund

Email support@churnguardian.com with the email address on your account and the invoice or payment reference. We aim to respond within two business days.

6. Merchant of Record

Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, tax, and refund processing on our behalf. Refunds approved under this policy are issued by Paddle.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Material changes apply from the next billing period.
