How does churnguardian make money if there is no commission?

Is my customers payment data secure?
Yes. We connect with a restricted, encrypted Stripe API key that only has the billing permissions we need. We never see or store raw card data, you can revoke the key anytime from your Stripe Dashboard, and all communication flows through Stripe.
Will these emails look like they come from me?
Completely. You set your merchant name, a sender alias, your logo, and your brand color. The emails look like they came straight from your team, which keeps trust high when a payment fails.
What happens when a customer updates their card?
We catch the recovery through Stripe webhooks and immediately stop the reminder sequence. The recovered subscription shows up in your dashboard as saved MRR, and no further emails go out.
