Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect as little as possible to run the service.
1. Information you give us
- Account details such as your name, email address, and password.
- Business details such as your company name and website.
- Billing details handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Any settings, logos, or messages you configure in the product.
2. Data we access in your Stripe account
With the restricted key you provide, we read and act on billing data needed to recover payments and retain customers. This can include customers, invoices, subscriptions, payment methods, coupons, and related billing events. We do not access your bank details, payouts, or funds, and we never see raw card numbers.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most web apps we collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and we use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand basic product usage.
4. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and secure the service.
- Recover failed payments and run retention flows on your behalf.
- Show you analytics such as recovery rate and saved MRR.
- Send service, billing, and support messages.
- Improve the product and prevent abuse.
5. Sharing and third parties
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service. These include Stripe for billing, Supabase for data storage, and our email infrastructure for recovery messages. We do not sell your data or your customers data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Disabling these cookies will prevent you from signing in.
7. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational needs. When you disconnect Stripe or delete your account, we remove or anonymize data that we no longer need.
8. Security
Stripe keys are encrypted before storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to what each part of the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents that affect you.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
10. Children
The service is built for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.
