With the restricted key you provide, we read and act on billing data needed to recover payments and retain customers. This can include customers, invoices, subscriptions, payment methods, coupons, and related billing events. We do not access your bank details, payouts, or funds, and we never see raw card numbers.

Like most web apps we collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and we use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand basic product usage.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service. These include Stripe for billing, Supabase for data storage, and our email infrastructure for recovery messages. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Disabling these cookies will prevent you from signing in.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational needs. When you disconnect Stripe or delete your account, we remove or anonymize data that we no longer need.

Stripe keys are encrypted before storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to what each part of the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents that affect you.

The service is built for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
